I absoloutely adore fine cuisine in the old European sense - the creamier the better! Casseroles, roasts, game meat, high quality chocolates and desserts - I don't believe in counting calories :)

I do make a mean tortellini carbonara that even a friend who hardly ever touches pasta could get enough of.
My cooking tragedies
I was stewing goulash once and let the water completely dry out, leaving me with some very charred meat and the smoke detector blaring!
