Lemon Sauce I

Reviewed: May 22, 2008
I was worried that it would not work well with the bread pudding i made but it actually made the dessert better. It is a little tart and thin.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
These were ok when they first come out of the oven but they harden to bricks after a day! I may have done something wrong but I followed the recipe closely. I will keep looking for a better recipe.

No Roll Pie Crust II

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
This was not what I was looking for. I used this recipe as recommended by a quiche recipe and I did not like the outcome.

Pizza Dough I

This is just a basic recipe, there is nothing special about it. I added seasonings to make it my own.

Birthday Bones

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
I made minor adjustments to the recipe and my dogs loved them! I used a little fresh garlic and chicken broth, 1/3 c. milk and 2/3 c. water, and that is all I changed. My dogs liked them more than their usual store bought brand bones! Will make again and probably tweak the recipe more. This really is a base recipe so you can add anything your dog likes!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
YUMMM! I did make a few changes like others. First cube the chicken, it cooks faster! I put fresh ground pepper on the chicken before pouring the mixture over. I used chicken broth in place of the wine like others suggested because I don't like wine in my food. Then I added a can of extra mushrooms to the dish before puting it in the oven you could also use fresh if their on hand. I also cooked the dish covered with tin foil until the last ten minutes to keep the chicken moist and it was nice and moist! Also I used thick egg noodles because I am not big fan of angel pasta. Last but not least I added steamed broccoli to the finished product and it was a great touch for color and texture. Over all me and my boyfriend loved the dish next time i may use half the pack of italian dressing because it was a bit salty. Other than that it was excellent with these modifications!

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
I love these muffins! A friend of mine makes these for her weight loss plan and her son, a high school wrestler, eats them for a snack for an alternative to junk food. They have a great taste and they come out really moist. I would not change a thing except you can sub the yellow cake mix and spices for just the spice cake mix and it works great. Also many reviewers complained about the mix being to dry. It seems impossible to stir 1 can of pumpkin into the mix but it takes a minute and it actually does stir in nicely. This recipe is cheap, tasty, healthy, fast and it never fails. Thanks for posting it!

This was so easy to make! I have never made any kind of fudge so I was extremely surprised at how quick and easy it was. Also the fudge came out perfect! Nice texture and great taste. Will be making this again and again! I followed others advice and used 1 c. peanut butter, 2 c. brown sugar, and 3 c. confec. sugar. ENJOY!

Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies were really good! The recipe says it makes 18 while I made about 45 regular sized cookies following the recipe exactly! These cookies are very rich so don't eat to many!
