So, when we moved to Ohio, we left our old (and I do mean old) washer and dryer for the new owners to deal with; not to worry: they knew what they were getting. We purchased a new LG washer and dryer, and after getting used to the new-fangled way these
appliances worked, we were pretty pleased with them - except for one thing: both tops are sloped and not much will stay on them. It's most annoying when you set a bottle of Spray 'n Wash on the dryer while trying to use in on clothes going into the washer
and it slides off, or...a stack of neatly folded towels ends up in a heap on the floor.
After washing a dish drying mat that I bought at either Target or WalMart, I laid it on the dryer to air dry. And much to my surprise, it is a great place to set the much used bottle of stain remover. Voila - another accidental discovery that solved a little
annoyance in my life!
