Butternut Squash Soup II

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2012
liked the basic recipe. Added some broccoli and seasoned with chicken bouillon, salt and pepper to taste and thought it was great. Sour cream, as other suggested did not really add a whole lot but did not make it awful either. will make again! thanks

The slushiness factor needs to be improved but the flavor is great and everybody (8 year olds and adults alike) loved it!

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

I must have done something wrong... the cake part's consistency was all wrong, the filling was way too sweet and runny. Will try again though.

Easy Indian Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
Great! I tweaked it a bit. I caramelized the onions and garlic in 1/8 of a cup of butter and water and then simmered them with the tomato sauce, a cup of half and half and the cooked chicken for about 10 minutes. It was delicious and little healthier. Thanks for the inspiration!

German Apple Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
Awesome! I used half a cup of oil and half a cup of applesauce and baked the cake in a bundt pan. It came out beautiful and very tasty. It takes over an hour to bake in the bundt pan (I kinda lost track of time after 60 minutes)but it looked great!

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
used sweet applesauce instead of oil and reduced the sugar to 1 cup, added chocolate morsels. came out awful, the texture is really weird, like rubber and it needs more sugar than 1 cup. Will try again.
