Spinach and Pasta Shells

In a pinch I would say this is a pretty good recipe. But nothing to write home about. The dish is alittle dry. So if leave alittle water in it, add sauce, more oil olive or something. More veggies if you have the would be good. permesan cheese is a must for this recipe.

Easy Rhubarb Jam

Holy Cow can you say sweet. Following this recipe the jam is honestly too sweet to eat. I think it's using the strawberry gelatin because people that used Knox instead of flavored gelatin seemed to like the recipe.

Beer Cheese Soup VI

Great basic beer cheese recipe. We lacked 8 oz of chedder cheese so we used 4 oz chedder and 4 oz pepper jack- which gave it a lite kick. I had to add more flour. Used Pabst for the beer- which I scared about and it still turned out great but only added 6 oz of PBR.

Spinach Lasagna II

I've made this recipe three times since I saw it online. It was really easy. Instead of making the sauce with sauce mix, tomato paste and tomato sauce you can use a can of spaghetti sauce. Cottage cheese works just as well as the ricotta. I also used fresh spinach because I did not have frozan on had- I stemmed the spanish first and tore off the stems.
