Lemon-Studded Artichokes

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
in one word... DELICIOUS!!! the only thing i didnt do was to remove the "hairs" inside the the artichoke because i always have a problem doing that until after they are cooked, my microwave required a little more time only because it's older than dirt but they turned out fabulous! artichokes are my favorite vegtable so it's always nice to have a variety of ways to make them thank you for a recipe that will be kept and used often!

Easy Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2008
this was very good, but i thought the dressing could use some oil so i added a tablespoon of oil, i also added 1/2 cup diced tomato, and a couple thin onion slices, the dressing is something i will use again, it would be great on other salads as well, i will definately make this again, thank you, gotta go make more!!!

My Own Famous Stuffed Grape Leaves

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
YUMMY!! About 5 yrs ago i tasted grape leaves for the 1st time at a very expensive place, last yr. i tried making them from an international cookbook, but it didn't call for the broth, these were awesome, and with grape leaves growing out the wa-zoo in my backyard i am thinking of canning the leaves so i can make this more often, the only thing i would do differently would be to let the fresh leaves soak longer, and cover them with a plate for cooking... excellent 5 stars!!

I left the pimentos in the green olives, and because we are watching our weight, and sodium intake i didn't add any salt or pepper and it was still delicious!! THANK YOU!! 5 stars!!

This was also my 1st rib roast, i also added the rosemary to the rub, not peeking was very hard... it smelled so good, after i let it sit in the oven for the 3hrs. i looked at it and said this is INCREDIBLE!! i added quartered potatos, carmelized onions, and baby carrots, i was out of celery or i would have added that too, then i put it back in for 1hr. and 15 extra mins. so that it could be med. when we ate it, everybody thought it was absolutely delicous!!! thank you! 5 stars all the way!!!
