Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2008
We bought our own buffalo wing sauce and that may have been the source of our satisfaction, but it tasted exactly like restaurant wings!

We thought this was a DELICIOUS lunch snack! It takes a little while to prepare, but the result is FABULOUS! This is an ingenious recipe! It's crunchy, it's soft, the different tastes just blend together!

Ignacio's Super Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2008
SIX STARS!! NO WAIT... 100! INGENIOUS IDEA! Make sure toast is COOLED before using, we suggest putting the toast in the freezer while you prepare the other slices of bread. Great with all jellies OR HONEY! Also cut diagonally--just because! We finally found a way to reduce our dad's craving for one and a half peanut butter and jelly sandwichs! Because this one is just the right amount! ???

Cheesecake Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2008
Turned out very moist, cream cheese NEEDS to be marbled, "perfectly", or else the taste is off-putting. We recommend serving either chilled or warmed. Great for Holiday baking! because you can dye the cream cheese accordingly.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2008
the topping was EXCELLENT, we could have used a little less topping, it was soo crunchy, that it was a little sharp. This recipe could definitely make a bakery famous! For their "to die for" blueberry muffins. Yields about a dozen small muffins, or eight large. 100 thumbs up!!! From the topchefchicks.

Easy Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
We say: this recipe turned out great, but definitely use LESS Parmesan cheese and less milk. we bought a ham steak and cubed it ourselves for that "holiday ham" taste.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
definitely use less water (the bottom was runny). and use very sweet apples, because we didn't, and even though everything else was perfect, we couldn't get over how tart our apples were. the topping is excellent, but you will have lots of it on your plate, so eat this with vanilla ice cream!

German Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
we used 3 oz of german chocolate and still felt like the recipe needed MORE! maybe add two or three more oz!! it's okay, it really needs to be chocolatier! we used a different frosting recipe from this website, also. all in all, the cake was moist and held together very well. mmmmm mmmm good!

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
we think the frosting tasted excellent. we put the coconut and pecans through a food processor then toasted it all at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes. the frosting NEEDS to be thicker. we suggest added two tablespoons of cornstarch.

Corn Casserole III

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
we think it turned out really great. we used a large casserole dish, and the finished product was too shallow. we suggest using a smaller dish and 3/4 can of the kernel corn.
