Quinoa with Peas and Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
My fiance and I loved this!!!!! I did some little tweaks to it though. I didn't have any coconut oil so I used olive oil instead and I used fat free condesned milk. I also used tomatoes with chopped chiles to give it a little extra kick. I also shredded some baby carrots into the veggies as well. I also used chicken stock instead of the veggie stock. I will make this again!

This was a good starter recipe. I added dill and pickling spice. I also added a habenaro on some jars for a little kick for Bloody Marys! Thanks for recipe!

Very good recipe. I added frozen corn and used a 1/2 cup of white wine and reduced the broth down to 4 1/2 cups.

Easy Spiced Brown Rice With Corn

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
This was a good dish but, I have had better. Took note of all the water and cook time and added tabasco sauce to kick it up a bit and I also added green peppers. Was good and had it a gone at the end of dinner but, I will try some more things with this dish.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: May 3, 2013
This was very good. I did add Italian Seasoning and garlic powder but, followed everything else. This is a keeper and will have to question myself if I ever grab a frozen pizza again.

Nutty Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2012
I added a clove of garlic. These also don't make 18 mushrooms. A dozen at the most but, the flavors with the garlic are really good!!! My wife asks me all the time when we have steaks to make these.

I was at a restaurant a couple of weeks ago and had something very similar. This recipe is better than what I had at the restaraunt!!! The only change was I added califlower.

Not to often I make a dish from any receipe that I don't feel the need to tweak. This is a rare exception! I make this about once a month and never fails!

Flax and Sunflower Seed Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
I used this reciepe many times now. I have changed it from original(that was great but, I wanted to tweak it). I added millet seed, steel cut oats, and gluten. This made a very tasty loaf and made it several times for friends and family. I always used the bread machine. I have also added dried cranberries to this mix as well for a sweeter bread and liked that as well.

Swedish Meatballs

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2008
I loved this!!! All the family loved it. The evaporated milk and the allspice is the key to this recepie. I used 3/4 cup of Panko(bread crumbs)which really helped Ithink. I also used the olive oil and i used garlic in the meatballs as well as in the oil I used for browning them. I used whole wheat rotini noodles since I didn't have any other noodles in house. My girlfriend says she never has had better and believe me she would tell me if they weren't!!!
