Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This is a wonderful and easy recipe! I did also make a few changes. I actually used a homemade cream of chicken soup which is so simple to make and with much less calories and sodium. I added some potatoes as well to really make it feel like that comforting dish I remember. Also I used a homemade biscuit dough at the end which didn't have to cook quite as long. I did follow others and add some extra seasoning and used the chicken broth rather than water. This was a wonderful recipe for the cold winter months here. I can't wait to make it again!
