Cindy's Awesome Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
Excellent and easy! Next time I'll make the day before so the flavors can meld together better since it tasted even better the second day. I might add another can of clams as well. Didn't use the bacon as we don't eat it here, but didn't take away from the great flavor. Definitely a fall favorite now.

Herb Biscuits

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
Super easy and everyone loved. I used onion powder since I didn't have dried minced onion and less butter as suggested.

Hot Crab Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
Very good dip. I opted to use shrimp instead and it tasted great as well. Only thing I did differently was only use one can of artichokes since other reviewers mentioned an overwhelming artichoke taste. When cooking, it looked extremely runny, but thickened up once it sat in the bread bowl. Very nice presentation.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2009
Not a big fan of sausage, so I only use a little and more ground beef. You can even use turkey. Everything else is made the same and it gets rave reviews. Thanks for the recipe.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
Very good and many compliments. I didn't change anything, but I did add some olive oil to the asparagus when cooked since they were so thick.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2009
This is superb!!! You have to make it with the crumb topping as well but otherwise, I make it exactly as written. It freezes well, but the top gets a little mushy when taken out of the freezer with the crumb topping. Great gifts too. Will probably make some for the holidays.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2009
I've started making these every Christmas now. They are superb. I've used maple syrup in place of molasses and they are good that way too. Not as gingerbread men like that way. Enjoy!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2009
Make sure you put ALL the apples in, even if it seems like too many. My pie came out flatter than I liked, but tasted great. Definitely a keeper!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2009
This recipe was EXCELLENT! I doubled the recipe so I could have extras to give away to family and got nothing but raves. I doubled the icing as well but didn't use it all, but definitely over half. This recipe goes in the stack of favorites and will be made again.
