This is delicious! I used a small onion instead of large, minced jalapenos from a jar, lime juice instead of lemon, half mayonaise and half sour cream, and added two stalks of chopped celery and 4 chopped hard boiled eggs. It was a big hit - I'll make again and again!

I was looking for a quick lunch idea -this fit the bill. I used 2 eggs, added one stalk of celery, substituted 6 crushed crackers for the bread crumbs, coated them with wheat germ instead of flour, and omitted the butter and olive oil (used cooking spray instead). My husband said they were the best ever!

Delicious! I've made these with and without the cocoa powder, either way they're a hit. I use a bag of miniature peanut butter cups, cut into fourths. Definitely a crowd pleaser.

Creamy and delicious! I made this with pinto beans because that's what I had. I would have sworn the finished dip was sour cream based, it was that creamy and flavorful. The dip is great on pretzels, chips, crackers, veggies - everything!

Whoa, baby this is great. I used low-fat cream and cheddar cheeses and cooked my own chicken breasts, then served with raw veggies. The crowd went wild.

These were gross. I made them for a family event; I thought the kids would love them. I bought the egg-shaped jello molds, and gelled gummy dinosaurs in the middle of the eggs. The kids wouldn't touch them. I ate one, then threw them out. Nice idea, but I'd have to do something different if I tried these again.

Made these for breakfast this morning - they were great! The smoky provolone cheese is essential. I also used the George Foreman grill as someone else suggested, and topped with sauted onions. Very rich and flavorful.

I love gazpacho and was craving a nice fresh bowl of it. I made this however, and was really disappointed. I used white wine vinegar as specified, and the vinegar flavor was quite overpowering. I salvaged the veggies by mixing with pasta and a can of garbanzo beans. The result was pretty tasty, but I'm still looking for a great gazpacho recipe.

Really good. I used frozen french cut green beans, and substituted catsup and dry red pepper for the chili sauce because that's what I had on hand.

I love black beans, and I love pizza and all of the other ingredients, but this was really blah. Maybe I mashed the beans too smooth, or drained too much liquid? I will not make again without changing the recipe.

Excellent! I used fat-free sour cream in place of the yogurt, and light mayonnaise. Couldn't tell it wasn't full strength. Tonight I'll try again, using the George Forman as someone else suggested. Thanks for the great recipe!

I made a reduced-size recipe of this as a trial run before Thanksgiving for my vegetarian daughter. I absolutely loved it, and I didn't think it was terribly difficult. Because I only used 1.5 pkgs of tofu, I couldn't really shape it into a turkey, so instead I sprayed a sheet of foil with PAM and spread the drained tofu on top, then covered with stuffing and rolled up to encase the stuffing with tofu. I baked the roll in the foil with all of the sauce for the full time; I didn't brush it later. I think I'll wrap it in foil the next time, too, to keep it moist and to crisp the outside. One thing I'll change - crumble the tofu finer, or even process some in the food processer to get a firmer more compressed "turkey" layer.
