Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
I normally do not make taco dip with beans, but I thought it added great flavor. Love this.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
Love this recipe...I added a lot more hot sauce (a whole bottle) but different sauces will result in different flavors.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
Very Sweet! Good moist brownie. I ended up having to add a little milk to the frosting, but it turned out great. My daughter loved them.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
I thought this was a good starter recipe. Good flavor. I like to saute my onions and veggies for more flavor, use chicken brother instead of water and bouillon and used 1 cup cream and 1 cup skim milk. Turned out pretty good.

Focaccia Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
I thought this bread was moist and tasty...I did let the yeast, sugar, and water sit for 10 minutes which helped the bread rise.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2010
Awesome. Soft and chewy. I put 1 oz less chocolate chips and only 1/2 oz less of the nuts and I thought they turned out great!

They were decent cookies, but I thought the peanut butter cookie itself was pretty dry.

Cabbage and Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2008
I liked the kick this dish has from the jalapeño, I think the cabbage needs to be cooked longer though, it was a little to crisp for my liking, but overall not a bad low calorie dish, I will make again.

Angel's Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2008
I wasn't blown away by this dish, it was okay at best. I would recommend using spiral or bow tie noodles instead of spaghetti, I would also recommend using at least twice as many vegis, and mixing them up...just tomatoes and zucchini didn't seem to go very well, and the zucchini seemed to abundant and over powering, at least for myself. I think if i ever make this again i would substitute a can of diced tomatoes without added salt, I think this will add a little more liquid to the pasta versus just chopped tomatoes.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2008
I loved this recipe! I was a little hesitant about all that red wine would make the pork sweet, but it didn't at all the onion really offset the wine perfectly...This was a really great slow cooker recipe, and i will for sure make this again, my husband also loved this, and he's pretty critical when it comes to cooking meats!
