Enchilada Sauce

This recipe is authentic, it came from a woman who grew up in Mexico City. Tastes like it came from a Mexican restaurant, it's awesome.

I followed the recipe exactly except for throwing some fresh blueberries in some of them. These are the best pancakes I've personally ever made so this is the default pancake recipe for my house from now on. I was using Pioneer Woman's recipe which is good but these are better in my opinion. Forget Ihop and try these you won't be disappointed.

Spanish Rice II

Very good and very easy, I like this better than a lot of the versions I've had at restaurants. I like to add some fresh chopped cilantro for some added flavor as well.

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

This cake is perfect as is, a huge hit anywhere I've taken it and goes great with vanilla ice cream. Easily one of the best cakes I've made.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

This is very good as is but also a great base to add or subtract as you like. If you like spicy you'll need to add that in but it has a great flavor even without the heat.

Clone of a Cinnabon

These are outstanding. I used a bread machine for the dough and cooked them on 350 for 22 minutes like someone else suggest and they were perfect. I also doubled the icing, tastes as close to a Cinnabon as you can get.

Baby Back Ribs

Hard to believe it's this easy to make great ribs but they literally fall off the bone, I followed the recipe exactly and used Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet BBQ Sauce.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This is awesome. I only used one 5 lb. chicken, cut the seasonings in half, and kept the cook temperature and time the same and it was perfect.Store bought rotisserie is a thing of the past, this is better in my opinion.

Chicken and Dumplings III

This was good, I took some of the other reviewers' advice and put the dumplings in earlier so they would finish and that worked out great. I also used the Cream of Celery and Cream of Chicken soup and used one can of chicken stock and the rest water to boil the chicken in and I think that gave it the right flavor.

These are good, the sauce is great so I always make sure to double the recipe for the sauce to have exta gravy for the mashed potatoes.

Famous Butter Chicken

I don't see what all the 5 star reviews are for it was very bland and not that great. I have always had good luck with the recipes that had a lot of good reviews until I came across this one. Don't waste your time.
