Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing
This is a great recipe. Be careful about the onion you use. If you use a regular white or yellow onion that is hot, it will make or break the taste of this dressing. Raw onions that are hot will throw a bitter taste. I make sure I taste the onion first before using it. Try Walla Walla or Vidalia onions when in season. If not available try green onion white part only or a leek.

Chef John's Blueberry Clafoutis
Great easy peasy recipe. I live on a blueberry farm and right now they are rockin fresh out of the field. I rarely change recipes from Chef John as he is my hero. I made this the first time, staying true to the recipe. I don't eat a great deal of sugar, but the 2/3 cup sugar in this recipe blew my doors off! Next time, I reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon and it was right for me. Left the rest of the recipe the same.

Anchovies-Rosemary Pork Chops
Made this last night. Oh, Mommy is this good. Marinated overnight and threw on the grill. I cut the recipe in half as I only had 2 chops. I used 1T.& 1t. dried rosemary, didn't have fresh and used a 2 oz. can anchovies. I love garlic, used 5 cloves. Cut the rest of the ingredients in half and sprinkled a little kosher salt and pepper on chops before putting on grill. Thanks Klantz for posting.
