Greek Lemon Chicken and Potatoes
Another great recipe from Chef John. I made this recipe and boy was it good. The only thing for me personally, I would cut the olive oil down some as with the skin on the chicken it was a little on the slippery side for me. Will be on the rotation list.

Original Old Bay(R) Coleslaw
Being from the east coast Old Bay is something I grew up with. When I made this coleslaw OMG ! For those who don't care for bell pepper, try using celery instead. I use lemon juice instead of vinegar sometimes to switch it up. Add some shrimp or crab and it's completely over the top. Thanks for posting

Steamed Blue Crabs
Boiling crabs should be a crime. I grew up in Maryland and remember my father making blue crabs this same way. The only difference, when adding crabs to the pot, he would sprinkle Old Bay and kosher salt on crabs with each layer. Da Bomb! Remember folks, it's gotta be Old Bay. Except no substitute ! Dip in mixture of Vinegar and Season-All (season salt) or Old Bay. What a Maryland treasure. Thanks Steve for posting.
