Apple Coconut Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2012
I read the other reviews, followed to flour suggestion, added 3 oz honey and used mixed dried fruits namely pineapple and papaya, then treated it like a drop bisquit, baked it for 30 min and let it rest another 10 before trying it, its actually like a moist muffin just abit on the dense side. hope this helps

Honey Lemon Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
This is a nice little cookie to keep around. I used lemon juice, since the tree in the backyard is having it's best year. I also used 1/2 C butter and added the zest to the dough and icing. these were a real hit. I ended up with 4 dozen, using an 80 scoop

Red Velvet Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
I followed the instructions exactly, the cake is a little bland, will definitely add more cocoa next time, and perhaps follow with a creme de cocoa instead of vanilla. The color was beautiful and the milk buttercream was a pleasure to work with.

Honey Coconut Salmon

This sounded fun, but was a little sweet, I added a can of green chilis and a little chili powder to give it a back end,and cut the butter down to 1 cup. I will be making it again.

This is a really easy, tasty little bisquit, I was quite pleased with the texture and taste! only change I made, used 1/2 & 1/2 instead of heavy cream, is what I had in the fridge. Will definatly keep and use this one over and over. Thank you for this recipe
