Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

These were fantastic! My husband is a very picky about his buffalo wings, and these were wonderful!! Most definitely use Frank's Hot Sauce, it makes all the difference! Another great thing, I made them exactly as listed. My husband likes them hotter, so he just added more Hot Sauce directly to his. My kids don't like the heat, so I pulled theirs out before adding the hot sauce / butter mixture, and we were all as happy as clams!!! Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

With 455 reviews, I don't have much to add, but they were so good, I can't resist complimenting them. I didn't try any of the alterations and the muffins were still wonderful. I'll certainly make these again, and maybe try some of the suggestions. My only suggestions are: make a double batch as all of the muffins disappeared in 24 hours (I wanted to freeze some) and although there is a lot of seemingly extra topping - just keep heaping it on -- I filled the muffins only 2/3, so there was plenty of space and the extra topping was wonderful! Thanks so much for the awesome recipe!!

Pumpkin Chip Muffins

I always bring these muffins to morning brunches and they are always eaten - especially fall burnches! My children love to eat them for breakfast and they are very easy to make! A greast recipe!!

Ground Beef Stroganoff

My husband and I have very different ideas of what beef stroganoff should be, and this one pleases both of us. In addition, it is very easy and quick to make! The only change I make is to add a small can of mushrooms, use 3/4 pound of ground beef instead of 1 pound (to make it slightly soupier) and halve the amount of noodles.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I've only made this recipe once, but it was very good. As one reviewer recommnded, I did halve the fish, creating lots of extra sauce which was wonderful over rice!A definite addition to my fish roation!

Easy Tuna Casserole

My husband hates casseroles (much more of a gourmet), and I'm not really fond of them - but this recipe has found its ways into our monthly line-up. He always surprises me by asking for it. The only change I've made is to add two cans of tuna instead of one, halve the macaroni and double the cheese. I also use the whole can of fried onions and cook it is a wide shallow pan so there is lots of cheese and fried onions on top. Oh, and sometimes I use the cream of mushroom with garlic soup instead. What is so great about this recipe is I keep it in the cupboard all the time, and anytime I need a quick meal and don't feel like shopping, I pull out the cans. Wonderful!

Sesame Tuna with Soy Miso Dressing

My husband really enjoyed the tuna. I'm not sure what happened with the sauce - I thought I followed the recipe exactly, but it came out extremely salty and kind of clumpy. This recipe is worth making, but the sauce drizzled on top needs a little work. Maybe add more soy sauce... I'm not sure.

Stir-Fry Pork with Ginger

My family was not thrilled with this recipe. It was very bland. If I were to make it in the future, I would definitely marinate the pork ahead of time, and cook it in batches to keep it tender. But all in all, I don't even think this recipe is worth improving on.

Scallop Scampi

Using the previous reviews, I made some changes to this recipe that made it very good. I used butter instead of margarine (which I always do), used five cloves of garlic instead of three, substituted green onions for a regular onion, halved the salt (and in the future will omit it as it was still too salty) and used clam juice instead of chicken broth. To make more sauce for the pasta, I halved the pasta and added corn starch to thicken the sauce. I also substituted shrimp for scallops (my son **loves** shrimp). My family called it a "keeper".

Grilled Orange-and-Bourbon Salmon

Always a success! I've made this many times and it is a favorite in my fish rotation. I usually marinate for many hours - it is great because all of the work is done hours before dinner - making the dinner hour a lot easier. I usually serve with wild rice, green beans and some rolls. Yum!

Bacon and Tomato Cups

I have gotten rave reviews from this recipe - and frequently get asked for the recipe. I had some extra swiss/bacon mixture and decide to toast it with an english muffin - and my son and I *loved* it. So much, that I frequently make just the mixture for lunches. Double the mixture recipe for a quick lunch the next day!

Island Chicken with Fruit Salsa

I had extra mangos and limes - and was looking for a good recipe to use them - and this hit the spot. It was time consuming to make - especially with the fresh squeezed juices. It was a nice tsting dish - but due to the somewhat exotic ingredients, and the length of time to put together, I don't see myself making it again.

Stuffed Peppers

I fondly remember stuffed green peppers from my childhood, and this recipe hit it dead on! I loved it! I agree with the others about adding more tomato sauce, and there isn't enough to baste. But it was delicious!

Veal Marsala

This meal needs something more to snazz it up. For one, we'd add more wine. Also, I needed to cook it far longer than the recommended amount. The gravy was pretty thin and needed to be thickened up to go over pasta.
