These were fantastic! My husband is a very picky about his buffalo wings, and these were wonderful!! Most definitely use Frank's Hot Sauce, it makes all the difference! Another great thing, I made them exactly as listed. My husband likes them hotter, so he just added more Hot Sauce directly to his. My kids don't like the heat, so I pulled theirs out before adding the hot sauce / butter mixture, and we were all as happy as clams!!! Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!

With 455 reviews, I don't have much to add, but they were so good, I can't resist complimenting them. I didn't try any of the alterations and the muffins were still wonderful. I'll certainly make these again, and maybe try some of the suggestions. My only suggestions are: make a double batch as all of the muffins disappeared in 24 hours (I wanted to freeze some) and although there is a lot of seemingly extra topping - just keep heaping it on -- I filled the muffins only 2/3, so there was plenty of space and the extra topping was wonderful! Thanks so much for the awesome recipe!!

I always bring these muffins to morning brunches and they are always eaten - especially fall burnches! My children love to eat them for breakfast and they are very easy to make! A greast recipe!!
