Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
Yum. I've tried a lot of cinnamon bun recipes and keep coming back to this one. Delicious!!!

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
Good, but definitely needed more filling. Used a whole lot more than six cups of flour to get the dough to a workable consistency. Cinnamon buns were very "bread-like". Be sure to check out the "Clone of a Cinnabon" recipe if you're looking for something a little more authentic.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2010
Awesome recipe for pulled pork. Based on the reviews, used more root beer and some vinegar. If you can get your hands on Dinosaur BBQ sauce, use it!!! Freezes well too.

Creamy Rice Pudding

The only rice pudding recipe you'll ever need! I used leftover rice and added a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. Delicious!

This is pretty much the only meatloaf recipe I use! So many variations and everyone loves it.

Apple Scones

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
In the interest of time I chopped the apple instead of shredding it and used a cookie scoop to make "mini" scones. I rolled them in the cinnamon sugar mixture before baking. A tasty treat.

Whoopie Pies VII

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2007
These tasted great. Definitely double the filling though... I was only able to fill half the batch. I also added extra flour to the cookie batter because it seemed too thin.

Cassie's Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2007
These were great, but definitely more cake-like. Next time I will try to get more of the moisture out of the zucchini as one person suggested. A great treat to put in the freezer for unexpected guests.

Blueberry Scones

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2006
I followed most of the advice in the other comments and they came out really good. I would suggest lining your baking sheet with parchment paper as the dough is really sticky. I also had success putting the dough rounds in the freezer for a few minutes before baking. Much easier to work with that way.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2001
This is the best apple crisp recipe ever. In reading some of the other reviews, simply spray the pan with non-stick spray and it comes out fabulous. Baked for about an hour, but otherwise didn't change a thing!
