Peanut Butter Noodles

Soooo good! I used fettucini noodles and added a bit more peanut butter. I also added fresh cilantro and shredded cabbage and carrots. It was awesome...(I halved the recipe just to try it out first and ate the whole thing!) My husband tried it and really liked it too, but had already ordered a pizza. More for me!

Steak Salad

This was okay, but the dressing was not as awesome as I was expecting. I used an Italian blend of cheeses instead of blue cheese (the blue cheese probably makes this salad) and added honey to the dressing after tasting it, which made it much better. Also seasoned the beef with seasoned salt, fresh garlic, a little worcester, and olive oil.

I added roast meat and leftover carrots. Didn't use paste, just diced tomatoes. And added some frozen spinach. My husband and guests loved it!
