Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This turned out great. I had polluck and tilapia and it worked wonderfully. I over-salted the fish but the fresh steamed veggies along with the coconut rice that I made, my wife is from Belize, went well with the savoriness of this dish. I was well pleased, especially since my 13 old picky son ate it all. Thanks for this dish. I keeper for sure.

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

I only gave this four stars because I didn't have anymore chicken...This was awesome. I did substitute. I only had legs, so once dried I used saltine crackers blended in my magic bullet. I double dipped three and single dipped three, single was better but both went before I knew it. I also added extra seasoning: Oregano, cajun pepper and this southwest blend I created.

Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

I used this recipe and it was awesome, funny thing... i had two to grill and one to fry instead of turkey, and I accidentally took the chicken that i used this recipe with and grilled. IT was awesome still, but I know it would have been unreal if I had of fried it...

Grilled Salmon II

This was by far the BEST salmon recipe ever...I could not believe how moist this was. I was only able to allow it to marinate for about 30 time I will allow it to marinate for longer time frame....i can't imagine it tasting better.

OMGoodness...this was awesome. I wish I had a better quality mayo but I enjoyed it immensley. I do believe this is the best I have ever tasted..will not change nothing...

Grilled Salmon I

I didn't have the luxury to wait two hours to marinate and it tastes wonderful. Next Time I will wait and marinate. I also used Lemon Juice and lemon pepper with skin down instead of flesh. Tasty...hmmmm
