VERY YUMMY! This was great and easy to prepare. Here are the small changes I made, due to other reviews: 1) Added 3 chopped carrots and 2 chopped celery stalks. 2.) Used 3/4 can of chicken broth to cover ingredients, no water. 3.) did not add butter in the sauce but instead spread 2 Tbs. of butter on the biscuits before dunking them in the sauce. 4.) Used only 1 can of biscuits (more than enough) 5.) cooked on high for 4 1/2 total...After 3 hours I shredded the chicken, added a can of campbell's chicken gravy and added the biscuits - flattened each one and pulled apart in quarters 6.) My chicken was mostly frozen and I seasoned it with: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and poultry seasoning...Ok, Ok, I know! I should just rewrite this as a new recipe! A wonderful start though :)
