All in all a good recipe. I made this for lack of confectioners sugar in the house, and was pleased with the simplicity. Texture came out good and was very manageable... I will, however, use less cocoa next time around - there is a bitter aftertaste I can taste the cocoa strongly. Thanks :)

Neat Sloppy Joes

This is the only sloppy joe I can get my 8 year old to eat! She's not a fan of spice... and this is nice and sweet for her, but not so sweet the rest of us dont like it.

Summer Squash Pizza Crust

Flavor is good... Have made it twice now, and am still having difficulty with the flipping, but am working thought that. Center is soft, and once toppings are added, tends to get mushy. The edges are my favorite part :) Despite some of the troubles, my family loves the flavor, and we're not ready to abandon just yet :)

Christmas Creamy Egg Nog

Great recipe! We made this several times over the holiday season and it was a hit every time! We did modify as others have, by cooking the egg whites before adding them to the mix - worked out great as long as you stir stir stir!!! :) we added a dash of cinnamon as well.
