Just made these for a party we were having and everyone raved about these cookies. Make sure to keep the remaining dough chilled in the fridge while rolling and cutting out the cookies. Also, keep a close eye on these while in the oven, when the edges just start to brown - take them out (if you like slightly chewy/moist cookies). To save time, just make the dough ahead and take out when you want some fresh baked holiday cookies.
