Oatmeal Raisin Toffee Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2013
These cookies are definitely delish. I will probably add 2 tsp of cinnamon and a little bit more sugar. Next time, I will add chocolate chips. I will be making these again!!

German Sweet Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
This cake is soooo good. I made it for the first time yesterday. It was very easy. The only thing different that I did was to boil the water first and I broke the chocolate into pieces and stirred that's it. Please let the frosting set before placing on the cake it makes a difference. Thanks for such a beautiful recipe.

Sweet Potato Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2008
This was the first attempt at making a cheesecake. I must say that it turned out really well. I did follow some of the other reviews and added cinnamon, nutmeg. It tasted just like a sweet potato pie. My husband loved it. Will definitely make again. Okay. This cheesecake could use a lil bit more sugar maybe 2 cups of sugar. And it doesn't have to bake for an hr. maybe about 50 mins. Please remove it from the oven when cooking, because the crust gets really dark. Thank God it didn't burn!

Buttermilk Pie IV

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2008
This recipe just didn't cut it for me. I love buttermilk pie and have made others before from another recipe. Make sure you do cook longer than recipe calls for. Mine was runny towards the bottom. Will try Buttermilk Pie III next time.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
This is one of the best recipes I have found. This was the first chicken enchilada recipe I made. It turned out extremely well. The only thing I did different was used cream of chicken and mushroom, one whole containter of sour cream, 7oz diced green chiles, I also added some salsa verde to the mix, placed cheese in the tortillas when I rolled them and placed cheese on the finished product. Best recipe ever. Thanks!

Chicken Enchiladas V

Reviewed: May 22, 2008
I made this recipe a couple of weeks ago and I must say it was very tasty. My husband loved them. But like the others said, next time I will use some fajita or taco seasoning for the chicken and add some chopped jalapenos to the mixture. Very good, not spicy enough for my liking.

French Toast I

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
This recipe is very simple and easy to make. I always make sure that the pan is hot before adding the toast. I also cook on med heat with a lid on it. When the eggs start to turn white on one side then flip over. It wont be soggy using this method.

Seven-Up™ Cake II

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2008
I made this pound cake just because I was bored and wanted to bake something. This is the best cake I have ever made. It was a hit with my co-workers and my husband. Made it exactly to the T. Also made the icing using one of the other members review. Great Recipe! Thanks! I used the icing recipe from maramarie on this cake's review.

Next time try using 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and 1 Tbs of cinnamon. Not as much milk either. Will turn out better for you.
