Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder

Stuffed Peppers My Way

This was so good! I followed the recipe but used fresh mushrooms instead of canned and low fat cheeses. Also used half the butter the recipe called for. It was excellent! We can't wait for tomorrow's leftovers!
