This was a great recipe. I did follow other posts advice and added some spinach and mushrooms. Also left out the pepper as I didn't have one on hand. Very, very tasty! Thanks

This is delicious! Will definitely make again. Took to a gathering with kids/adults and everyone loved it. I did take the advice on the "adds" and it couldn't have been better. Served with fresh pita bread.

Skewered Potatoes

These were wonderful!!! Followed the recipe other than I used large red potatoes and quartered them and my family loved them. We all enjoyed the sauce so much that we agreed that it would be good to double it to have some heated to pour over the grilled potatoes. YUM!

Caramels I

These were wonderful caramels!!! I did follow others recomendation and cut butter to 3/4 c. They took 1 1/2 hrs to cook, but so much easier than my other recipe that you have to stir for an hour. thanks!

Cube Steak Parmesan

I marinated my meat in vinegar/water for hours before I cooked this and it was still so incredibly tough that we couldn't even enjoy it. Won't try this again.

Sweet Russian Cabbage Soup

I can't believe this recipe got such rave reviews! I followed the directions aside from reducing the sugar to 1/3 cup and it was still so sweet I couldn't stand it. Nobody in my family liked it aside from my husband and he'll eat anything. I suppose it's my mistake since "sweet" is in the title, but be prepared.

Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bars

This is a VERY yummy treat! I only gave it a 4 star because it is extremely difficult to remove from the pan and cut. For that reason I will probably stick to my old recipe for toffee. Thanks

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These muffins were really tastey, but I followed the directions to "fill" the greased muffin tins and they were so huge, they wouldn't come out. So we didn't have muffins, we had a crumbled mess.-But very good flavor.

Heavenly Angel Food Cake

This was a very yummy cake, and I followed it to a "T", but I only gave it a 4 star because it didn't taste much like the angel food cake I'm use to. It was very very sweet and quite a bit more dense than most. I would recommend it.
