Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2013
I usually make this recipe a little different. I made it this way and it was bland to me. I add feta usually we get them in small blocks and I just use a little about half a block diced and let it melt and it makes a cream sauce. I prefer this much beter it comes out really tangy and creamy. I will stick to the way I make it.

Yakisoba Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2012
This was really good but I would use less soy sauce and would use low sodium. My husband loved all the soy sauce.

Savory Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2011
I loved this I took some of the reviews and added a bed of onions. I also put the ketchup mix under the apples so it wasn't ugly looking. This would be great with some mashed potatoes I loved it so did my husband we will have this again.

Shepherd's Pie VI

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
I thought it was good but I didn't like the carrots in it. I put peas and corn in it also. It was really good compared to the other one I found on this site. I just would leave the carrots out.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
I have made this recipe before with the wine and it was good. This time I had my son and I decided to use a half cup of chicken bullion with water like another poster said.I also added 3 tbls of oil and 3 tbls of butter. It did cook faster. I think I used heavy whipping cream lol I am in sweden and they had several creams for different types of meat. Whatever the case it all came out really really good. I will coat it with egg and use bread crumbs next time just to give it a little more coating. It was delicious and I would recommend it to anyone. My family loved it my husband gave it a 9 out of 10.

Mary's Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
This was such a good meatloaf my family loved it. We will definently eat this again. Its going down as one of my favorites.I used red onion which really gave it a sweet taste. I used a table spoon of garlic powder. Cut the brown sugar to just one tablespoon. And made two loaves instead of one to cut the cooking time. Put in in for 20 mins uncovered and 20 mins covered. I didn't like the bread cubed I would suggest if you like soft meatloaf to use bread crumbs. Or ritz crackers.
