This is absolutely AMAZING! We love it. I do divide the dough to make individual calzones (8 of them). I also leave out the mushrooms. When the calzones are about 5 minutes from being done, I spread a spoonful of spaghetti sauce on top of each one and I put mozzarella cheese on top, too. Then I put it back in for the remaining 5 minutes or until the cheese is all melted. I do still set out a bowl of sauce to dip in, too. This recipe is easy and fun. You can VERY easily change out the ingredients inside for whatever you prefer, but I don't recommend putting really juicy ingredients inside, because that could affect the dough. Also, if you make it with the filling they suggest, you could easily prepare the filling the day before if you will be short on time on the day you serve it. Just store the filling in the fridge.
