My favorite things to cook
I love to grill and smoke meats. I have competed in Kansas City Barbeque Society events and have won several meat catagories over the years. I also like home style cooking and asian foods
My favorite family cooking traditions
I grew up in a restaurant and my family published a cookbook of comfort food recipes. My brother in law is a chef, and he used to work for Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans' Commanders Palace.
