Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

Ok other then the fact I seriously cannot make any meat juicy, not sure why. When I cut the porkloin you could SEE the juice coming out but when you eat it it was dry. But that did not affect the taste. This was YUMMY! I added some rosemary to the red potatoes. Will make again!

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

I have never made homemade biscuits. These were SO easy, quick and yummy. I did not have whole wehat flour just used all white!

A Plus Fair Corn Dogs

I doubled the sugar and salt. I did not dredge in flour first but will next time. I used Costco hot dogs and cut in thirds. I am making tomorrow for my son's preschool graduation. They are SO yummy! Better than our fiar Krusty Pups!

Split Pea Soup with Rosemary

This was great soup! I have always made it with ham bone and did not have one this time. But with such a cold day this soup just made the evening! Will make again for sure!

Cream Cheese Ranch Potatoes

These are the BEST potatoes I have ever eaten! I am also pregnant and NOTHING sounds good to eat to me but I almost made myself sick by eating 3 helpings of these for dinner! Can't wait to make them again. I did not have any of the packaged ranch so I just used regular Ranch dressing, worked GREAT!

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

My husband is very picky and does not really like bugers so when I told him burger for dinner he was not looking forward to it. BUT to his surprise, first I left the bacon on his because he loves bacon and he LOVED it. He said the bacon did not dry the burger out. Just a wanring when grilling though the bacon makes for an awful lot of fat drippings. I only made 3 burgers instead of 6 like the recipe calls for but I burnt one when i was not playing close attention.

Grilled Asparagus

we LOVE asparagus but was not a big hit. I had a single layer on the BBQ but some seemed to cook and some did not. And the BBQ flavor just id dnot seem to be very good. Will stick with steaming.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Wonderful chili. First off I am not a chili fan but even I liekd it. I made it for the Big Game today and have never made homemade chili. Everyone loved it. I used real bacon not bits, I used regular ground beef and I doubled the sugar. Turned out real good!

Moist N Tender Wings

Very good a flavorful. I love that they fall off the bone but it make them very messy. Will make again. I used the entire wing and did not cut htem at all.

Chicken Alfredo

My family LOVED this recipie. I omitted the red pepper, because we are not fans but have made several since finding a month or so ago. This is also the recipie that got my 1-year old to eat "chicken". He would not touch meat before I made this dish, now he eats it all the time. My husband calls him a "chicken theif"
