Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)

Delicious!! I added some birds eye chillis for extra heat. I also started by frying the onions, chilli, garlic & ginger until onion s were soft. I then added the spices and curry powder and stirred for a few minutes, then the chicken went in, then added the tomatoes, yogurt and water when the chicken had browned. Brought it to a boil then simmered for half and hour. Just before serving I added the garam masala, lemon juice and coriander. Made this for 9 people and they all loved it. Thanks for the recipe.

Egg Fried Rice

This was a good recipe. I added oyster sauce, prawns and I didn't use any vegetables except sliced green peppers. It turned out delicious

Feta and Bacon Pasta Sauce

Taco Seasoning I

Fantastic recipe. I fried some mince beef in a tiny bit of oil until brown, drained and rinsed the meat with boiling hot water, put it back in a saucepan, and poured my seasoning over it. I then stirred in about 260ml of cold water and left to simmer for about 40 minutes. When the liquid had gone I stirred in 1 tin of chopped tomatoes and added some salsa and left to simmer for a further 10 minutes. Served in corn tortillas with sour cream, salsa, jalapenoes, lettuce, cheese and fresh chopped tomatoes. Family loved it. Will definately cook this again!!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Absolutely delicious, myself and my family really enjoyed it, I cooked the chicken in oil until just turned white, put in the rest of the ingredients and slow cooked it for about 3 hours. Will definately do again!!
