Sauceless Garden Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2013
This is absolutely delicious!! I cut the recipe in half and used a 9X9 glass baking dish. Don't like mushrooms so left them out. I also underestimated the amount of tomato slices I would need and had to cover some of the noodles on the top with a little pasta sauce I had. That is the only thing I changed and it was perfect!! It was a little watery, but it didn't bother me since I left the excess juice behind when I served it. Going to become a regular meal for sure!

Not enough spices to mask the fishy taste. But easy to prepare.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2012
These are AMAZING! I don't like coconut so left that out and used apple sauce instead of vegetable oil. They were so good and moist. Everyone at home and work loved them! Next time I want to try them with whole wheat flour and less sugar (just think they would be good with a little less).

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

This is fantabulous!! I love coleslaw and this is the best homemade recipe I've ever had! Didn't change anything and made it about 6 hours in advance.

Grandma's Orange Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2011
Delicious!! But maybe my extract was a bit weird. It made the glaze taste odd. The rolls without glaze tasted great!

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

I made this some time ago and just realized that I forgot to write a review. I remember that this was super good and very easy! However, it was better reheated. Next time I will use more noodles.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
This was ok, but was not something that I was pleased with...especially since I was taking it to a sick friend and her family. It only had ok flavor, and I had to add over double the amount of beef broth just to have some juice to it. Like others, I thought it had far too much meat and too few vegetables. This needs quite a bit of tweaking to be considered good.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
Noone in my family had ever eaten this before. We all though it was delicious! I dredged the breasts in margarine before placing on a layer of breadcrumbs and rolling. I also never use a toothpick when I roll chicken. Works beautifully by just laying the chicken seam side down! I will definitely make this again!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
This was so good! and ridiculously easy!! I only had one minor change. I used chili power instead of chili seasoning mix. I went to the corner store and they were out of the mix so...just went with what I had. Fabulous results!!

Brown Jug Soup

I thought this was okay. Maybe a little too cheesy for my taste. Then I grabbed some leftover Christmas turkey and threw that in...it made a world of difference! So much better!

Healing Cabbage Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
I rated this as only 4 stars because it was perfect AFTER I made adjustments! I added celery, carrots, bell pepper, unseasoned stewed tomatoes with the juice, oregano, basil, parsley, and some tomato juice. I also used chicken broth instead of the bullion/water-that is mostly because I didn't want to buy bullion especially for this recipe. So good!! I am making it again today, though, this time I am using beef broth because that is what I have on hand.

Fantastic! Don't think I need to ever buy those pre-made ones anymore! (next time I am going to try the lightened up instructions someone (?) gave in their rating. Just to taste the difference.)
