This was an excellent salad - personally I didn't notice the extra sweetness others are commenting on. Overall, it sort of had a deviled egg appeal with the added mustard which I really liked. Like most of you, I added my own personal twist. I wanted that extra toothiness so cut two chicken breasts into strips, cooked them and let them cool to room temp. Once completely cool I shredded them into the finished salad and incorporated fully. Additionally, I also substituted the green pepper with a red pepper to give that visual pop since I left out the pimentos. Enjoy!
