Heavenly White Cake
Seriously the most amazing cake ever! It has that great birthday cake flavor that everyone loves. I make sure to sift all dry ingredients, used more milk, and made my meringue last. Amazing!

Cheese-Filled Ginger Bread
Pretty fantastic. It really is much more of a pound cake than a bread. I added 1/2 cup of butter to the cream cheese mix, and used cinnamon and clove instead of ginger. I also added a bit more milk to the batter. Only a bit of tweaking. My husband and I both loved it. Thanks!

Lemon Cake
This cake sounds fantastic, but mine was not. I followed every direction, every suggestion, and my cake was flat and hard. I'm even a baker (as my job)!!
