Very good recipe, next time I would use about 3/4 of the amount of cinnamon, it had just a little too much kick to it (although I was using fresh ground cinnamon, maybe the pre-packaged kind would make it a little more mellow).

Baked Brie in Puff Pastry

This is a go-to recipe for me whenever I am asked to bring something to a party. Its fun to try different variations of filling, I like to use honey and pecans, jam, or chopped apples. Make sure that you seal the seams of the puff pastry very well or cheese will break though while baking and you'll have a mess on your hands.

The Best Mint Chocolate Cookies

The flavor of these cookies was delicious. But the texture left much to be desired. They came out flat and crumbly. I followed the recipe exactly. I wish I had followed the suggestion to use 1/2 the oil, and an extra egg, and maybe even more flour? Also should have refrigerated the dough for a bit before baking

Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream

I just got an ice cream maker a few weeks ago and have been obsessed with trying different ice cream recipes every since. Of the many I have tried back to back, this is hands down the best! Wonderful creamy taste and texture. I added extra vanilla to taste and it tastes like Blue Bell! I recommend using this as a base for other flavors like cinnamon or chopping up candy and mixing it in!
