This was amazing. I've made it twice now Once with apple vinegar and caper juice and this last time with red wine vinegar and gherkin juice. This time a winner! Perfect blend of all flavors you look for in a bbq sauce. Amazing on pork!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

FABULOUS! I follow the suggestion of cutting the oil back by a 1/4 and using coffee instead. I used a caramel glaze that was just 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/2 c butter and 2 ts milk. It was like a caramel mocha chocolate heaven. I think I will try adding 2 Ts of instant coffee to give it a little extra kick. But this one is for sure going into the recipe book for me! And the valentine loved it too!

Raspberry Barbecue Sauce

AMAZING!! This tasted the best with pork. We had ribs the next day and it was... AMAZING with it. I used caper juice instead of the pickle juice and had to improvise a few things, but total worth it. We plan on making this a constant sauce in the house!

Sweet and Sour Sauce II

This was awesome! Better than any store bought or restaurant version I had had. I think next time I will add less sugar, and I took the suggest of adding extra, but I think I had too much soy so it has a really tangy taste. I also added mandarin orange juice to it, it gave it a unique flavor. I hope to play around with it some more! But amazing recipe!! Thanks.

Chicken Costa Brava

I was a different taste for our family. Being to Costa Brava, Lloret De Mar, Barcelona and all over the cost of Spain. I loved it, it reminded me of those college trips and so did the boyfriend. The family found it to be out of there taste some.

Honey Poppy Seed Dressing

Many of the poppy seed dressings I have made for my chicken pasta salad have been way to sweet, this one fit amazingly with the salad!! I plan on using it on more salad. It was amazing!!

Strawberry Cheesecake Martini

This was an amazing drink recipe. One of the best my mom and I have had in a long time. We traditionally have a cocktail hour, which is usually a chocolate martini or apple. But this one will be added to the list. I may use less grenadine next time to let the vodka cut through some more. We also used Cranberry Black Cherry juice instead, which was like we mixed two of the most popular cheesecakes toppings and mixing them together!!! Will keep this one in the pocket of tricks! Thanks!
