Baked Potato Soup

This recipes was great. I made it last night along with a sandwich. I think they key is the seasoning. i added more than it called for, i even used italian seasoning.. either way it go.. DEEEELICIOUS

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake

I just baked this cake and it turned out great. The only change i made was i drizzled the top with a small amount of icing which was made with powder sugar and milk.

My family was not all that impressed with this recipe. It tasted more like hamburger helper with a twist. I think this recipe would have been better without the chili sauce.

Chicken Spaghetti III

I enjoyed this receipe very much. I boiled my chicken with chicken bouillon cubes until fork tender, allowed them to cool, and then chopped/shredded the chicken into the recipe. Pairs great with a garden salad and breadsticks.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

This meatloaf receipe was great!! I didnt have a can of tomatoes on hand so I omitted them and the recipe turned out just right, also instead of using the fresh herbs I used italian seasoning (it comes in a shaker) excellent! It also saved time and money. Oh and I put ketchup on the top right before it came out the oven.. 5 stars!!!!!

Baked Spaghetti

I actually enjoyed this receipe. I was very suprised how big of a difference the ricotta made. I am not sure what was the purpose of "baking" the spaghetti? If you mix all the ingredients while they are still hot, I think it will turn out the same.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

This recipe turned out very well. I do however wish there was a way to move the pork chops with out them breaking all apart. The next time I make this I will just leave the pork chops in the pan and maybe simmer the sour cream and sauce in another pan.

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

These cookies turned out good..sorts chewy and I actually like a crisp cookie. It's also a good recipe to have on hand.. most ingredients were on hand.
