Tender Pork Spare Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2014
These were soooo good. The DH said "You killed it" and thats high praise. I didnt pour all of the beer mixture into the foul packets though. I left maybe 3 tablespoons left. I mixed that with BBQ sauce and just used that to broil them at the end. Thank you!!

This was sooo good. I also made it to serve with the catfish cakes and spinach brownies from this site. I didnt have the dill pickle juice so I used balsamic vinegar. Thank you!

Cauliflower Gratin

This was really good. We arent fans of swiss so I used muenster and mozarella. I also added 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard and a few dashes of worchestershire sauce. Like another reviewer, I topped it with French's onions. Thank you.

This was really good!I sauteed onion and brats first then added everything else. I did add Worchestershire sauce and red pepper flakes. DH has issues with green beans so I used broccoli. And I made it a one-pot meal and added the noodles to the pot. Thank you!

Cajun Catfish Supreme

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2011
YUM!! I only gave it 4 stars because I couldnt find the cream of shrimp soup anywhere. I boiled 3 potatoes and mashed them with heavy cream and clam sauce. I used Creole seasoning instead of Cajun-style seasoning. I didnt leave the mayo, seasoning and fish for one hour either. I was hungry! Soooo good! Thank you Lu.

I love the basis for this recipe. I didnt add thyme. Instead I added basil, parmesan and chopped spinach. My "stew" was a homemade pasta sauce. Soooo good. Thank you.

Spicy Mexican Style Zucchini Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
This is really good! DH HATES beans (says they taste like dirt) but I added a can of garbanzo beans so they would blend in with the egg noodles (didn't have rice). I also topped it with sour cream. He loved it! I knew I could change his mind. Thank you Leah.

Chicken Wilson

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
This was really good! I only had 3 chicken breasts but kept the measurements the same because so many people said the sauce is KILLER. I did add 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup too. Served with butter pasta and steamed broccoli.

DELISH!!! I added the oil and vanilla extract. Slivered almonds too. I had to hide them from my hubby or he would have eaten them all in one day. Great bribery tool!

This was very tasty. I didnt have green curry paste, but I had red. I minced 1 tsp. fresh ginger, 1 tsp. of minced garlic into it too. And I seasoned the chicken with adobo. I didnt have rice noodles so I used ramen noodles. Thank you!

Chinese Napa Cabbage Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2008
I wanted to make this a meal-in-a-salad. So I sauteed adobo seasoned sliced chicken breast in garlic and olive oil. I then tossed the red cabbage and onion in the pan just to knock the chill out. Browned the noodles with flax seeds. VERY YUMMY! Thank you.

I added dried basil and steamed broccoli. And you can always cut the calories significantly if tofu "cream cheese" is used. Thank you.
