Strawberry Cake from Scratch

Wonderful cake & is my go to recipe for Strawberry Cake. I didn't have to separate the eggs, but I did cream the first 4 ingredients until very light and fluffy, I also made sure everything was at least room temperature (& softened the butter in the microwave) so that all are incorporated well. I baked the cake in a 325 degree oven with a pan of hot water on the lower rack.

Clone of a Cinnabon

So delicious, fluffy and ooey-gooey goodness! I used regular all purpose instead of bread flour, sprinkled only 1/2 of the cinnamon/brown sugar filling & just enough butter to coat the dough, omitted the salt from the filling & glaze but added more cream cheese to the glaze. This made it even more guilt-free to eat (except for the C.C.). Thank you so much for this warm treat! Hope you have more yummy recipes that will satify my sweet-tooth. =)
