Slow Cooker Stuffing
I made this recipe for Christmas dinner. It was a last minute decision so I ended up baking it in the oven at 350 for 40min. I used just enough broth to moisten the bread (I used half french bread half wheat bread). The texture was fluffy and just the right amount of moisture. (I don't like mushy stuffing.) This stuffing is the best! Thank you Gayle for the great recipe. Next time I will try making it in the crockpot.

Sausage Egg Casserole
Made this casserole many times. I make these changes: I use 1lb turkey breakfast sausage and about 10-12oz of Jack cheese. I assemble the casserole at night and in the morning I put the casserole directly in the oven. I omit step 4 completely. The results are perfect! This is a wonderful recipe - I always get requests for it and I make sure KNITWIT gets the credit! Many thanks.Pattih5

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
I made this as a side dish for Easter dinner yesterday. Everyone raved about it. (My 3 teenagers liked it so much I have another bunch baking in the oven as I review this recipe!Be sure to brown the butter! It really adds to the flavor.I used low sodium soy and it was perfect. Thanks CAE for the recipe.
