Cinnamon Apple Jelly

The cinnamon is a bit strong, and there isn't nearly enough pectin. I added another half a package when mine didn't look like it was going to set up (I tested with an ice cold spoon) and the jelly is still soupy.

Pie Crust III

Very, very easy. Not as good as a crust made with shortening, and definitely not as good as one made with butter, but super easy and quick. It's pretty oily, so I was glad I rolled it out between sheets of wax paper.
