Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Delicious! I've made it 3 times in 3 days for my spouse and myself. My kids were begging for some, so I just gave them the milk part and they liked it too ;)

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
Great alternative to chicken or tuna salad! I served it on croissants with lettuce and tomato, and the next day had leftovers on top of a lettuce salad with tomatos.

Baby Blue Punch

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2010
For those that said the ice cream separated and made it look gross -- use only good ice cream. Cheap ice cream/low fat ice cream has less cream. I've made this as is, 5 stars. I've also made this using hawaiin blue punch and sprite when I couldn't find blue koolaid. Very good both ways!

Cream Puff Shells

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
I sent these to work with my spouse as a treat to share (filled with heavy whipped cream and topped with chocolate) and they were a sure hit! I was really worried when they didn't puff up right away in the oven -- but be patient, they will!

Cowboy Hash

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
I made this because of lack of "better" meals to throw together on grocery day, and it's become a family favorite. My 3 year old gobbles it up. (If you don't want to spend $1.50 on a can of ranch beans, pinto beans are half the price and just as good in this recipe with a little sprinkle of taco type seasonings.)

Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2010
Overall, it was pretty good. The best part being how easy it was to prepare. The worst being that my house smelled like a big fart. My spouse loved it though, so I give it 4.5 stars.
