About this Cook
I'm a SAHM of two little girls, and a hungry other half! I am always looking for budget friendly recipes :) I especially love making candies and desserts!
My favorite things to cook
Fettucine, because my family loves it and it's easy! Pies --lemon meringue is my favorite!
My cooking triumphs
I make the BEST Tiramisu you've ever had.
My cooking tragedies
When I first started cooking for my honey, I was going to fry potato wedges in oil and started it on fire. He ran with the pan of oil out to the backyard and threw it in the pond --whoops. Lucky for him he backed up or his face pry wouldn't be as pretty still ;) We don't fry much anymore, LOL...

Cowboy Hash
I made this because of lack of "better" meals to throw together on grocery day, and it's become a family favorite. My 3 year old gobbles it up. (If you don't want to spend $1.50 on a can of ranch beans, pinto beans are half the price and just as good in this recipe with a little sprinkle of taco type seasonings.)

Baby Blue Punch
For those that said the ice cream separated and made it look gross -- use only good ice cream. Cheap ice cream/low fat ice cream has less cream. I've made this as is, 5 stars. I've also made this using hawaiin blue punch and sprite when I couldn't find blue koolaid. Very good both ways!
