This is a great cold weather soup. This is the recipe very similar to what is written. The only things I changed was that I used unsalted butter instead of vegan margarine, vegetable broth in place of the mushroom broth, and I stirred a little 2% milk into this serving so it would be a true bisque. Garnished with a swirl of heavy cream and fresh sage leaf.
