make sure when you cover and simmer that you turn the heat down enough so the sauce does not burn

Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Texas Ranch Chicken

I used a lot of suggestions that were already posted. I skipped the olive oil and used cooking spray. I sprinkled chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mixed the ranch with sour cream,using just enough to coat the chicken. I sprinkled bacon pieces on top and cooked at 325 covered for 45 minutes. Took it out and sprinkled the cheese on top and cooked another 15 minutes uncovered. This turned out great.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

This recipe was really good and like most pasta dishes, even better the second day. The only thing I changed is that when I added the pesto, I also added sliced mushrooms.

Slow-Cooked Round Steak

This recipe was a huge hit. I added a little cream to the soup because I wanted to use it up out of my frige but next time I will just add a little milk. I served it over rice and it was great.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

I added some garlic powder to the egg mix and instead of seasoned bread stuffing, I used italian bread crumbs. I did find that I need to cook the chops longer than what the recipe called for but they turned out great.

Cheddar and Onion Soup Chicken

Instead of cheddar I used a cheese mix that I usually have on hand and some parm and while I was browning the chicken, I added some garlic powder. Also, as recommended, I cut the cooking time down to 35 minutes and they came out great.

Salmon Macaroni Bake

This turned out really good. My boyfriend, who I didn't really expect to be crazy about this, wanted to know if we had any leftovers for tonight. It was a good way to cook salmon without being fishy. Next time I am going to skip the bread crumbs and sprinkle some cheese on top and I am going to try to mix in some fat free cottage cheese to add some more protein. Hopefully that will work out, if not, there is always pizza hut.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

This was really good. The only thing I changed was adding plenty of garlic that I sauteed when I cooked the spinach. I didn't have any problems with mess with rolling them up like some other reviewers mentioned. Next time I think I am going to try them with a tomato based sauce.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

The only thing I changed was adding a little salt and pepper to the bread crumbs and after cooking the garlic in the oil, I left it in so it ended up in the breading of the pork chops. This was a huge hit in my house.

Rosemary Pasta in Roasted Garlic Sauce

Instead of chicken stock, I used white wine and added some extra garlic. My onions had gone bad so I had to use some minced onion and this recipe was still awesome.

Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs

The only thing I changed was instead of cooking until all the liquid was gone, I just cooked up until right before and spooned the thickened sauce over the ribs. No leftovers.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

I did not marinate them so they would not absorb so much of the soy sauce and be so salty. Instead of baking them, I browned the garlic in the oil on the stovetop and then browned both sides of the chops sprinkling with the pepper. Poured in the other ingredients and let it simmer for about 20 min. Came out great.
