Chocolate Brittle Surprise
Quick, easy, and very good. I used a mix of milk and semi-sweet to use up a couple open bags of choc. chips. The edges had a slight burnt taste, so I will use a shorter baking time on the next batch. I used nut topping (a mixture of different chopped nuts) which turned out great and was much cheaper than pecans! Thanks for sharing!

Baked Ziti I
Very good recipe, however, next time I will cut down on the sauce (maybe 1 1/2 jars) because it was a bit too saucy. I also only used 1 cup of sour cream. Great substitute for lasagna -- same taste but less work!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I have made this a few times and it has always turned out great. I use a little less water than it calls for so the gravy isn't so watery. Right before serving, I scoop out some of the gravy to a saucepan and thicken it with a little cornstarch and add a few drops of Gravy Master. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!
