A little on the dry side, may try adding a sugar syrup when assembling next time as the flavour was really yummy!

Pie Crust IV

Amazing! I used butter flavour shortening and I put the crust into the fridge (about 20 minutes) while I prepared the pumpkin filling and it was perfection!!

I added about 1/4 cup extra oats, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and substituted cinnamon chips for the chocolate chips. Got rave reviews!!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

I cut down the oil to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce. I also used 2 cups white flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour. I baked them into muffins in about 22 minutes. Hubby and kids loved them.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Amazing!! I didn't have chocolate squares so I added 6 tbsp cocoa powder to the mix. I also only used 1/2 cup oil and added 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce. I baked them into muffins in about 22 minutes. Wow...is all I can say.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Amazing! I took the suggestion of another user and separated the eggs. Whipped the egg whites into soft peaks and added alternately with the chocolate mixture. Also added about 1-2 tsp of instant coffee powder to the hot water. Made into cupcakes cooking about 20 minutes and they had beautiful domed tops. Next time I might cook a little less (about 18 minutes) as they were a little overdone.

Chicken Hurry

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

I doubled the sauce ingredients and made a substitution for the rice wine. Used about 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar and 2 tbsp red wine. AMAZING!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

I added an extra 1/4 cup flour and an extra 1/4 cup oats. When they were done I pushed a mini kiss into the top. They smell just like my favourite pirate cookies in the grocery store.

Peanut Butter Noodles

Amazing, I made the following alterations to the recipe. I used spaghetti noodles, and when they were almost cooked I threw in frozen peas. I added julienned carrots and about 2 sliced green onions to the chicken when it was almost complete along with 1/2 tsp. sesame oil. Added more fresh sliced green onions to the completed meal prior to serving with the chopped peanuts.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

As my husband said... "really good". That's good in this house. I used the exact recipe but layered them. First using small scoop of batter then wet finger and pushed around the bottom of liner. then add scoop of filling, then another scoop of batter and topped with the strusel topping. Excellent!
