Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Butterscotch Cake II

I put in 3 whole eggs and while it was very tasty and moist, it didn't rise very much. I topped it with a simple glaze of butterscotch chips thinned with a little almond milk.

Chicken Zucchini Casserole

I added extra veggies: sauteed onion, celery & yellow pepper, canned corn, about 11 oz stuffing, sage, poultry seasoning, chicken barely boiled in bouquet garnis, extra broth and soup plus grated parmesan into casserole.

don't use the soy sauce--there are plenty of other spices. I added bamboo shoots, red pepper, asparagus & celery. The kids loved it too.

Much better fried than baked. We followed the advice of a previous reviewer and salted the chilies before wrapping. Careful not to stack them for long--we premade and put in fridge and several stuck together. Didn't use entire eggroll wrapper.

It sounded bland, so we added a few more things: chopped, sauteed mushrooms, onion, ground chicken, thyme, and garlic. The cheese binds everything-Excellent!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Very plain--I used cream of celery rather than creamof chicken, added fresh broccoli, and cooked chicken in lots of fresh herbs, but it was boring--did add 3/4 c milk--do that again, but add more seasoning and more ingredients.

didn't allow marinating time, rats, but did oil pan, then spray coated chicken--not enough oil--consider brush on next time so it browns--or put closer to top burner & don't convect.

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Like others, I used just less than half wheat flour, a shredded apple, and walnuts in part. I probably used too much zucchini--tripled recipe and added about 3.5 c.
