Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2014
Followed reviews and used bacon, extra clam juice, unsalted butter and more clams. Don't use Old Bay--too salty. Used almond milk rather than cream.

Texas Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
Much better fried than baked. We followed the advice of a previous reviewer and salted the chilies before wrapping. Careful not to stack them for long--we premade and put in fridge and several stuck together. Didn't use entire eggroll wrapper.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
Very plain--I used cream of celery rather than creamof chicken, added fresh broccoli, and cooked chicken in lots of fresh herbs, but it was boring--did add 3/4 c milk--do that again, but add more seasoning and more ingredients.
