I am married to my handsome husband Nathan and have been for 2 years. Our little boy, Landon Mitchell is a year old. I love making Italian and Mexican dishes and am known to find lots of recipes online and in cookbooks. I absolutely love Taste of Home magazines. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner with my mom and sister. Just plain cooking with friends and family...I love it! I make a mean Fettuccine Alfredo from scratch and memory and am known for some excellent appetizers and desserts. Right after we got married, I just couldn't seem to get into the routine of cooking even though I knew how to. I didn't have many recipes...getting pregnant two months after we got married didn't help since I got horrible morning sickness. My poor guy got fish sticks and chicken bits for a couple months. :)
